Rewards Management Middle East FZ-LLC is the Groupe Aeroplan subsidiary based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. From this base it operates the Air Miles coalition retail loyalty programme in the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain as well as the My Rewards Points programme in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and Oman for HSBC Bank Middle East.

Air Miles was launched in the Middle East in 2001. Today, it has over 1,700,000 members across these countries, actively earning Air Miles at over 300 different participating companies across 2,000 outlets throughout the region and at over 32 million outlets in the rest of the world.

The operation in Dubai handles all aspects of the business, from New Business Development and Client Services, Marketing, Finance, IT and the Service Centre.
