Groupe Aeroplan London is home to both Nectar, the United Kingdom’s leading coalition loyalty programme and Insight & Communication, a customer-driven insight and data analytics business offering worldwide services to retailers and their suppliers.

Formerly Loyalty Management Group, Groupe Aeroplan London has grown dramatically since its launch in 2002. We now employ around 250 people in our beautiful offices overlooking the River Thames and the London Eye, in central London. Staff work in a wide variety of roles including client services, new business development, international development, data insight and analytics, IT, operations and project management, and corporate services: finance, human resources and legal.

Current vacancies 

Senior Account Analyst
The purpose of this role is to provide business and marketing intelligence to Nectar partners to ensure the benefits of Nectar membership are maximised. The job holder will use their close understanding of the Sponsor business and their technical expertise to deliver Nectar intelligence to clients through interpretation of high quality analysis. The role sits within the business to business team within Nectar Insight.
Data Planner
Working closely with FMCG clients, the Data Planner (Connections) is responsible for the data strategy and implementation of direct marketing campaigns to deliver demonstrable commercial benefit for these clients, working within a multi-disciplinary team, including planners, analytics, media and account management.
Senior Website Executive
As part of the web team, you are responsible for maintaining and improving Nectar’s web communications and marketing. The Senior Web Executive works closely with colleagues in Marketing and Digital, and across the business, to deliver Nectar’s online brand and commercial objectives.
Insights Manager, Sainsbury's - Nectar
The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery and development of business insight to sponsor companies within the consumer part of the Nectar programme. This will involve the management and development of a team of approximately 4 analysts as direct reports.
Relationship Executive
Groupe Aeroplan is the company that owns and operates the highly successful Nectar coalition loyalty programme. Nectar launched in September 2002 and has half of UK households collecting from 15 retailers and service providers including Sainsbury's, BP, EDF Energy and American Express. We are seeking a Relationship Executive to work with current and future points issuing Sponsors in the retail and financial services There are Relationship Teams for each Sponsor and we are now looking for a Relationship Executive to join the team to work with Sponsors on delivering their direct marketing campaigns.
FMCG Consultant
The purpose of this role is to manage delivery of data-driven consultancy to FMCG clients as well as assisting LMG Insight & Communication’s business in developing analytical solutions to business issues. The job requires a thorough understanding of customer data, analysis techniques and delivery technology to ensure our solutions are delivering benefits to our clients. Strong influencing skills are essential for successfully developing internal and external relationships.
Business Development Manager - Rewards
The Nectar rewards team is responsible for managing all aspects of Nectar points' redemption, from supplier contracting and management through to forecasting, analysis and financial implications. Each year Nectar Collectors redeem around £200 million worth of rewards making excellent rewards management vital to business success. Nectar is embarking on an ambitious overhaul of its Rewards strategy, with the aim of changing the way rewards are redeemed at Sainsbury’s (towards a more considered, aspirational experience) and increasing the value of rewards outside of Sainsbury’s. The Business Development Manager needs to balance the commercial realities of the portfolio with the customer insight to help develop and deliver the proposition for spending Nectar points. Importantly, the post-holder needs to work with the Marketing team to ensure that the collector proposition is clear and simple.
