Aeroplan has developed Beyond Miles, a program that links Aeroplan members to eight outstanding non-profit organizations, as well as Air Canada's Kids' Horizons program, that are all committed to improving lives and enriching communities at home and abroad. To make a donation, please click here.

Aeroplan's Charitable Pooling program invites local, grass-roots charities to apply to pool donated Aeroplan Miles into a single charitable account, established in the name of the charity or the community cause. Learn more about the Charitable Pooling program.

Environment

Aeroplan launched the Green it up Program to reduce its environmental footprint and make a positive difference in greening up our world.

The Green it up Program includes various internal and external environmental initiatives such the Carbon Offset Program which allows Aeroplan members to offset their flight rewards and even everyday activities using Aeroplan Miles. Aeroplan also offers an interesting roster of eco-friendly non-air rewards located in the Activities and Merchandise section of aeroplan.com, including house wares, games, fashion and travel accessories and even electric scooters. Learn more about Aeroplan’s eco-friendly rewards.

As part of this program, Aeroplan has committed to offsetting 100 per cent of its employees' business travel. Aeroplan has also introduced internal "Do not print" campaigns and enhanced recycling services. What's more, Aeroplan employees will be rewarded for choosing public transit to get to work and will have the opportunity to donate some of their paid work time to environmental causes.

Children in Our Community is Nectar’s commitment to help provide support to the most disadvantaged children in the UK. Nectar Collectors can donate their points on line at www.nectar.com.

Environment

The Nectar Green Club provides Nectar Collectors with tips on how to collect and spend points in a greener way.
